Friendly with the Left


When your work is piling up but you feel when you do not side with. All very important task for you but you can not finish it as the deadline. If you want to feel free from the sense of this pursuit, you must master the time management. There are several things you can do that all your duties according to the deadline.

Identify the time wasters. Identify what your most time-consuming is the first step to manage time better. If your activity is always preceded by traffic-time long enough, find the solution. Maybe by leaving earlier or find an alternative way that is not jammed. When the weekend always feels less, let you set the maximum return.

List of priorities. Make a list of what activities should be done first, not too much to do and which do not need to be done. What is clear, you should be objective and activities should really thing you should do. After you create the schedule you should also have to comply in order not to miss your timing.

Not always do it in one time. You do some activities at a time is one way of efficient time. Maybe you could do a side job during lunch hour. Or you want to chat with old friends, but you have a monthly shopping, too. Then you can invite your friends to shop together, taking off your nostalgia both.

You still have spare time. When you finally have time left over then you can use it by doing things that are rarely performed. Like a walk or do your hobbies that never done. That way you can solve a good time and correctly. You also do not need overtime to complete your tasks right? Have fun ..

Stress Management


If you often experience stress in the piling work and pressure from colleagues, maybe you think to get out. The pressure and anxiety on the job can be dangerous as well as a prickly issue that threatens your health and performance.

Usually, these signs may include headache, lack of concentration, abdominal pain and irritable. Try it now you provide a number of things that can alleviate the pressure for you at the office.

Bottle of water is essential for your body and if you drink eight glasses a day then you will optimal health. If you are dehydrated it will look tired and lethargic. By drinking water you can run diet programs.

If the energy is exhausted then you need something to eat so that your head does not hurt. You should prepare a practical snacks like popcorn, chocolate bars, dried fruit or crackers.

Preparing tea at your desk too potent for your health. Peppermint tea can be refreshing sense of fatigue in between working hours and increase energy and stimulate brain activity. Chamomile tea helps relaxation and good to reduce stress and relieve anxiety. Ginseng tea is an energy generator and a powerful mental stimulant. This type of tea increases blood sugar levels so that the correct way of thinking and accelerate the reaction.

Provide tennis shoes so you can exercise like a walk in the fresh air that you breathe will refresh your body and your brain. Benefits of the roads also benefit the brain energy, stimulate circulation, improve your mood and ward off depression. Apply a light walk for 10 minutes, the effect will be felt until the clock struck home office.

You also can provide a golf ball or empty bottle near your seat for a massage tool to relieve your stiff muscles. Objects are very helpful on the sidelines of a solid working hours and annoying. Foot massage can relieve stress, physical stress, mental, relieve headaches and fatigue.

CDs and headphones are software the most powerful to relieve your stress. When you are bored then rotate favorite CDs without disturbing other colleagues. Provide different CDs on your desk to your mood or situation is different as to concentrate on the middle of the project you are working or just having fun.
